Chambray shirts are a year round staple no doubt, but they really get their time to shine in the spring.
I also think that chambray and white are a match made in heaven. They just partner up so well. And while I think every closet should have a basic chambray or denim shirt, there’s certainly room for ones a little spoofed up like this. I used to feel a bit more southern than normal whenever I wore it, but I do believe now I just feel extra feminine. That’s part of the territory of being a style blogger – you become more and more comfortable in pieces that previously held you back.
This look definitely doesn’t fit the foggy, rainy weather we are having, but it does help to convince me that spring is near. Anything floral can do that for you.
