The Coziest Green Poncho

We all have features of ourselves that we hate, and we all have features we love. Right? For example, I am not a fan of my forehead at all while I’m quite content having green eyes. And I truly believe every girl has those articles of clothing that, like the perfect shade of eyeshadow, makes your eyes just pop. I know I have an excessive amount of olive green in my wardrobe [#addiction], but I keep adding more for that very reason. This poncho is the exact same color my eyes. By pairing it with black, it’s an automatic win in the whole accentuating-your-best-features thing. And isn’t that always the goal when dressing for the day?

If I had over-the-knee black boots, they’d definitely be worn with this. They are certainly on the ever-growing wish-list. There are so many outfits I want to wear them with, I could almost excuse the purchase as a wardrobe basic. Another basic? A black turtleneck. The layering abilities of this shirt are endless! Add it with a vest, a sweater, a scarf, statement jewelry… it’s just overall a really good item to have handy.

So what’s your favorite feature that you like to show off? Your hair? Your smile? Maybe the freckles on your nose? I’d love to hear where you find beauty on yourself:)!
