Lavender and Details

Sometimes, others pick out items for you that you end up liking more than ones you’ve pick for yourself. Which is precisely why most everything is worth trying on. Turtle Toes Lavender Tunic and White Cropped Pants Turtle Toes Lavender Tunic and White Cropped Pants Turtle Toes Lavender Tunic and White Cropped Pants Turtle Toes Lavender Tunic and White Cropped Pants Turtle Toes Lavender Tunic and White Cropped Pants Turtle Toes Lavender Tunic and White Cropped Pants Turtle Toes Lavender Tunic and White Cropped Pants Turtle Toes Lavender Tunic and White Cropped Pants

A friend of mine owns a little boutique booth in Farmer’s Hardware in Boone. His booth contains an assortment of shoes, purses, tops, and accessories that I always end up wanting all of. He surprised me with this top and I’ve quickly fallen for the detail on it. Large buttons, flattering stitching, and a comfortable length make this such an easy and reliable top to wear.

I really think that lavender is a color that I don’t own enough of. It’s such an appealing color for the transition between winter and spring – lending to the cool tones of winter and compatible with the brights of spring. Purple is also supposed to be a shade that brings out green eyes. I think it boils down to the need to shop more, don’t you?

On a side note – props to the husband for taking detail pictures when I didn’t exactly know he could:)!
