You guys know that I LOVE sharing really awesome companies with you. I genuinely get excited. Because it’s teacher appreciation week, what better company to support than one that directly works to impact education? And that’s just the icing on the cake, Sevenly works to benefit so many different causes, featuring a new one each week!
While I’m personally connected to education, it was still not easy to narrow it down and choose a cause to support! 7% of the purchase of these shirts go directly to the nonprofit First Book, an organization that provides both books and learning materials to children and schools in need. Being the reader that I am, these tops drew my eyes right away.
One of the other causes that Sevenly works to support is women’s empowerment through the YWCA (with loads of beautiful tops adorned with Proverbs 31 verses). Also hitting near and dear to home are the items in support of the Natural Park’s Trails Preservation. There are SO MANY shirts in this collection I absolutely love, especially this one saying “The mountains are calling and I must go.”
Also relevant to Teacher Appreciation Week is the Autism collection, raising funding for the Autism Research Foundation. This Dare to be Different penguin tee is too precious for words, and would be cute as a regular tee, let alone one that benefits an organization like that.
This week’s campaign is mother love, and it works to raise funding and awareness for orphan care. Along with tops of all types, there’s also the addition of mugs in this collection. $7 of each purchase goes toward the cause. Each week is a new cause to discover, a new organization to support.
How awesome is it that there is even a company like this?! The clothing itself is so comfortable, and easily would fit such a variety of styles. They also offer a kids collection, a fit collection, and a Spanish collection. To date, they’ve raised almost 5,000,000 dollars for the different causes.
Across the board, from production to materials, this company works for good. Social good, environmental good, and ethical good. How awesome is that? These items would make SUCH great gifts for the bookworm, activist, or in general just human beings.
You can find my gray top here and my black tee here. Please, explore the website and allow me the honor of introducing a really, really neat company to you. What better way to support teachers than to support education? That is, after all, what we fight for every day.
Sevenly provided the tees for this post, but I truly am so eager to share them! All opinions are my own.
