Y’all, I think I’m in love with this dress. I really don’t think I’ve liked a new dress this much since this one. It might just be the comfiest dress I own – and my closet has it’s fair share of comfy dresses. Think t-shirt material with the perfect amount of intentional bagginess and year-round wearability. How often is too often to wear it?
Also, I must apologize for how many pictures I’m laughing in. That’s the result of my sister being the photographer.
This time of year, it’s quite chilly in our little town, so tights and booties are the way to go. Loads of scarves would be cute with it, but I opted for some dangly earrings instead:).
Because the dress is still lightweight, it will be a great go-to during spring and summer as well! It looks just as cute with the sleeves rolled up (which I completely meant to do here, but forgot in the midst of changing accessories… #bloggerfail). Gray is a color that works with so many others, so all sorts of shoes and accessories would pair well! I went with heels, but I think gladiator-esque sandals would create a cute look, too.
There’s no sucking in while wearing this dress. There’s no constant worriment over the length. It comes in 5 colors, and I’m strongly debating getting another one. The ruffles and looseness of the dress just make you want to twirl, which is always a positive. On that note, I’m typically in between sizes, and often size up to a medium to be safe. This dress is loose enough without sizing up, so this is a small. Definitely order true to size, or even down if you fluctuate like me!
What about you, friends. Are y’all a fan of loose-fitting, cozy dresses?
