Spring, Style

“I’m very definitely a woman, and I enjoy it.”

~Marilyn Monroe

There’s something simply feminine about this outfit. Flowers can do that, can’t they?
Any light colored or floral skirt and flowy top would give you the same look. I highly recommend it; it’s quite a pleasure to really feel like a girl.

What else brings me joy? Finding styles I love at prices I can afford. [[Teacher salaries ROCK.]] These shoes were on clearance at the Gap Outlet for less than $10! They are super comfortable, and I can’t wait to wear them to work when school starts back. You can find a similar color here and a similar style here. Every time that I have purchased shoes from the Gap, they’ve lasted. Both the top and the skirt were bought over 2 years ago, but I’ve linked two almost identical shirts from Forever 21 (where this one was from) and similar skirts that have that same feminine feel below.

The wristlet is from the Coach Outlet (did I mention that I live super close to Tanger Outlets?) and was on sale for $60! I’ve linked a similar Coach wristlet and 2 others in the same color but much cheaper. I haven’t used anything else ever since I bought it as it goes with everything!

Now for the bracelets, they are homemade! I gave this set to each of my bridesmaids to wear at our wedding. I like the personal touch that they added. However, a dear friend of mine makes them in order to raise a profit for mission work in Haiti. All of her proceeds go toward the missions. It is truly an amazing organization she has started! You can find out more about her project and purchase unique bracelets here

So whether it be jewelry, a skirt, or simply an expression, wear something that allows you to embrace your femininity.
It’s quite powerful, really.
