November’s Best & December Goals

November was a busy month. I thought October was hectic, but then November came in and swept me up and I didn’t realize how little I’ve simply sat until writing this very post. And it shows in how tired and worn out I am. But November certainly gave me a lot to be grateful for.

My favorites from November:

Stripes & Fringe – I really like this outfit, and I really miss this tree.

Holiday Gift Guide for Her Under $25 – I’ve already made some of the items in this post part of my belongings, and I still want the rest!

Gratitude and Collaborations – I’m ashamed to admit that this is the only faith based post of the month, but it’s also without a doubt my favorite.

December Goals:

One. Rest. I’m feeling slightly burnt out right now. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but certainly makes it difficult to take in just how busy December is about to be. I’ve got to find a way to stay prepared for school and blogging as well as finding my time to rest. And simply enjoy December.

Two. Grow. This goal will most likely be monthly. Back in October, I set my sights on reaching 1000 Instagram followers by the end of the year. I’m close, but I’m not there year. Add in page view goals and Facebook or Twitter goals… I’ve got quite a bit of promoting to do.

Three. Cook more. I’m fresh off of cooking a good chunk of the Thanksgiving dinner, and I have a whole new appreciation for the women that do that yearly. My poor husband probably thought he would be getting more home cooked meals when he married me- and I intend to deliver that.

Four: Catch every new Hallmark Christmas movie. I am 100% one of those girls that loveesss Hallmark movies, especially of the Christmas variety. As my dad says, “they always end in a kiss!” I’ve got quite the head start on this one.

Five: Jesus. I mentioned last month that this goal will be monthly. I didn’t realize that I only wrote one post this month getting into the nitty-gritty of my faith until writing this. That honestly upsets me.  Why am I not taking the chance to share this great love more? Why is it not always easy to find the right words, or why does it feel like it just won’t flow?

Darling, what are your goals for the month?
