The Perfect Dress for an Elephant Lover

My favorite animal has changed throughout my life. For a large portion of my childhood, I was hooked on bears. And then I think it was wolves. But ever since college? I am a fan of anything elephant related. I often don them in subtle ways, through bracelets and watches. But when you find a cute elephant dress for under $10.00? You don’t hesitate.

really love this dress. I typically shy away from prints, but it’s like I’ve been running toward them lately. The neckline of this one is precious, and it’s long enough that I would feel comfortable in it at school. I also love the sleeve detail. I wore them when the sleeves unrolled because I liked the pattern on the end, but you can see them rolled in the pictures above – still just as cute!  And while I added the belt, it looks great as a shift dress without it, too! I’m excited to try it with some tights and boots in the winter.

I wholeheartedly believe that you’re never too old for favorites (color, movie, animal, song…). They allow you to be hooked on something; they give you an excuse to obsess or be over the top. And while it might change as frequently as the weather, we all enjoy having something to be drawn to. What do you find yourself getting hooked on?
