I wanted to love this dress. I so wanted to love this dress. The idea of it, something feminine and dainty and elegant and modest with just a touch of sass. I really wanted to love it.
The back of it, I do love. It’s romantic and different. It fits me well. The front, though. I mentioned earlier this week that I’m an in-between size girl, and I made the wrong choice on this one. It says that the fabric has some stretch, which it does, but it doesn’t quite look right when it’s stretched. I chose a small and should have gone with a medium. It was just a tid bit tight and awkward in the chest area. But the back. I love the back.
I think I’ve officially hit the turning point where I want to wear pastels all the time. I kicked it off last week with this layered look, but I’m finding myself leaning toward those shades more and more day-to-day.
Spring, I’m lookin’ at you. Are y’all ready, too?
